Skills training for real life.
If you want to get better at basketball… you practice.
If you want to get better at managing emotions or relationships, you can practice that too.
We believe that it’s time to end the stigma around seeking help.
We offer skills-based training to help you to live a life worth living.
We work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including individuals and organisations.

DBT for kids, teens, and families
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is a skills-based therapy that helps people to manage intense emotions, cope with difficult situations, and improve relatioships.
In DBT, we encourage clients to ‘live a life worth living’ - and work together to imagine what that life will look like.
Foundational to DBT is the practice of being mindful: to be aware and focused of the present moment. We learn the power of slowing down in a fast-paced world.
While DBT is an evidence-based treatment for a number of mental health challenges, it is equally beneficial for those without any mental health diagnosis.
✓ children, young people, and adults
✓ one-on-one clients, families, and groups
✓ NDIS clients who are self-managed or plan-managed

“I honestly didn’t realize at the time that I was dealing with myself. But I suppose it’s true that I developed a therapy that provides the things I needed for so many years and never got.”
